Confidentiality is central to how Bayt Languages handles every document entrusted to us.
Our commitment
Every document and every detail you share with us is treated as strictly confidential, from the moment you send it on WhatsApp through final delivery.
Access control
Only the translator, reviewer, and administrative staff directly assigned to your job can access your document. Documents are never shared internally beyond what a job requires.
Visibility on verification certificates
You choose how your name appears on your document's public verification page: shown in full, partially masked, or hidden entirely. Internal notes and staff identities are never shown publicly, regardless of your choice.
Secure storage
Documents are stored in access-controlled, private storage. Nothing is publicly listed, indexed, or searchable — a verification page only becomes reachable through its specific reference code or QR code.
Third parties
We do not share your documents or personal information with third parties, except where required by law.
